Having discovered that all my video footage from a recent once-in-a-lifetime holiday had become corrupted and seemingly useless, I had taken the SD cards to a specialist in the city who attempted but failed to recover the files. Newly married and just back from the honeymoon all the honeymoon photos were stored on my laptop. When the computer played up after installing some new software I used another IT company to reset the computer to a previous date and in doing so lost the honeymoon photos and some other data. Kingdom Data Recovery were fantastic at explaining to the layman what was wrong with my computer, and went out of there way in coming to my work to collect the computer, enabling me to focus on a very difficult situation at work whilst an equally difficult situation at home was being rectified with Kingdom Data Recovery's calm assuredness.
